The easiest way to remove the crank assembly nuts is to use a lathe. If you know another way to do this without a lathe, just let me know!

as you can see everything was grinded so there’s absolutely nothing interrupting the air-flow
some pictures of the finished carb will come up tomorrow!
This manifold will hold my 3 adjustable powerjet-nozzles (preparing ‘em on the last picture)



and disassembled, cleaned, grinded it, so it’s ready for overhauling.

Have a good look at this picture. This valve spring just wants to tell you how much luck you had for getting the spring out without having to pull smashed valves out of the piston. Old material not often dies without leaving the epic traces of it’s fail in the engine, so i’m very happy for just having to swap a shitty little spring!
watch your hardware closely, and throw away any shitty valve spring which isn’t in a absolutely perfect shape!
